Please note that prices are per bundle. The band color or packaging of the hair may change or vary based on our companies branding choice. The Hair quality remains the same. Some Product Model photos are our companies actual models and some are stock photos. Model Photos are examples of what the hair looks like but may vary slightly in look and/or wave pattern but mostly look very similar.

Some products are stocked and others are ordered as you order. Please understand that even some stock items sell out and have to be restocked. Please do not place orders in haste.

Allow proper shipping time from 3-10 business days which does not include weekends. Some items will ship quicker than others. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping Address & Card Address must match unless paying through Zelle.

Our website does not allow orders over $600 if using credit. Instead orders over $600 must be paid through Zelle. In person purchases & order deliveries must use paypal QR code to pay or Zelle.

We do refunds within 15 days. After 15 days we do exchanges until 30 Days. If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned at purchasers expense and refunded or exchanged based on item purchase date as long as items remains in it's original condition & packaging, ...FREE from smells, topicals or debris. If you have installed the purchase and feel that the product does not meet your expectations, you may send a video and explanation to luxurytress@gmail.com explaining the issue. The product must be removed from your hair and returned only after a return confirmation has been given by email. If items have been mixed with other companies products, colored or disposed of, we will not be able to assist with an exchange. In all instances, the items must be returned, even if we make an exception and issue a refund. Customers may call 1-888-Lux-tres to expedite service.

If you submit a chargeback without returning the product and the chargeback is settled in your favor we will pursue to collect through collection agency, warrant in debt or remote hearing. You will be responsible for your purchase, all court fees, collections fees, attorney fees etc.

We are not responsible if your item does not reach you in time for your appointment. We will only be liable for our shipping policy guidelines. If any item is delayed we will contact you and notify you.

XTC products are non-stock items. We order them at the time the order is placed. Please allow 7-21 business days to receive your item. Sometimes the XTC company is backordered so shipping is delayed. Be sure to restock time sensitive items 3 weeks in advance.
